Anarchists v. Libertarians Debate, New York City, Dec. 1, 2005
"Anarchists & Libertarians: Friends or Enemies?"
New York City, Dec. 1, 2005
Richard Kostelanetz and Peter Lamborn Wilson will be discussing "Anarchists & Libertarians: Friends or Enemies," at the regular monthly gathering of the Junto, an anti-state discussion group, at the General Society Library, 20 West 44th Street. Admission is free. Simply walk right into the ground floor space. Time is 7 PM.
Wilson, a prolific author, has long ranked among the most imaginative anarchist thinkers in America, while Kostelanetz has contributed to anarchist and literary journals for decades, in addition to doing his writing and media art.
The Junto is a friendly intellectual environment conducive to audience participation in discussions. The two discussants' mutual publisher, Autonomedia, will be present with books by both authors to purchase and get signed.
