The need of legitimation of the State through the destruction of protective organizations and of the workers' mutual aid is today a concrete reality, and built historically. Military force destroys all of the initiatives and attempts on the part of the workers of solving their lacks.The largest example of this is today in the call National Institute of Social Security - INSS, that is born from the repression to the syndical movement through the destruction and appropriation of the patrimony of the workers' social Institutions. - The idea "of the contribution of all for all" is not an idea that appears in the State or of the social-democratic bourgeoisie and yes a need of mutual support built by the workers through their Savings Boxes and of the Societies of Mutual Helps (Today for you, tomorrow for me). Destroyed by the State, privatized and transformed in merchandise.

The opposition to the fight of classes for the elite is made through the diffusion of the ideal of the Citizenship. Ideology of the supposed equality in the access to the resources of the State, in which this it is put as the only provider of any sureness. Be read: education, human rights, drinking water, combats the poverty, eradication of the hunger, house, health, education, basic sanitation, gender equalities and race, violence...

The form of political dispute for these resources is also demanded by the own State. He felt like this in the destruction of the revolutionary syndicalism of the Brazilian Workers Confederation - C.O.B. in the decade of 30 and the implementation of the official syndicalism (CUT, FS, CGT, SDS, CAT) fragmented and harnessed to the state bureaucracy. With the consequent loss of the revolutionary workers' hegemony in the claim of rights that today are recognized but that are not assisted intentionally by the State, through the argument of the supposed lack of resources.

Not being enough that, it is implemented a new fragmentation now. In the personality lack and own ideology that they justify them, they steal the speech, the ideas, the fights and the libertarian institution through the purposes specifics, mounted road false speeches of mutual support, direct democracy, solidary savings and of social transformation. With this practice financed by state resources stand out the Organizations No Government - ONGs, Cooperatives, Churches, Politic Party, Companies and Popular Movements that they weaken and they fragment the dispute for the social wealth steal for the State.

The organization of the Forums seeks this purpose. Financed and controlled directly by the State and for the groups hegemonic of the international capitalism, the World Social Forum, as practical example, is the own instance legitimator of the new order of the distribution of the resources. Now the capitalism is put as provider in any participation way in the social wealth. It is the own capitalism determining the access forms to the resources of the State.

Another example is the Participatory Budget, built on top of the community organizations and popular movements imposes an organization logic to the outlying populations for disputes of resources (crumbs), to the which before this own State, they are right constitutional and universal of each citizen.

In this logic, they make a mistake all those that look for with that practice a social revolution because with that the State is legitimated and he strengthens the capitalism.

Therefore we shouted the non compromising with this order through the boycott to the World Social Forum!
So only the General and Revolutionary Strike
can destroy the capitalism!
