Peter Fend Speaks Saturday 10/13, NYC, on Afghan Situation

Anonymous Comrade writes: "Peter Fend, artist and principal in the Ocean Earth Construction Development group, makes a special presentation on the current situation this Saturday, October 13 at 4 p.m., in the auditorium at “From the Ashes,” an art exhibit at the Cuando space entrance at 9 Second Ave., near the corner of Houston Street.
For years Peter Fend has planned the reimagining of the world based on watersheds and the generation of power from the sea. The present organization of nation states answers to the needs of the oil industry.
“From the Ashes” exhibition opens on this day, from 4 p.m.until 10 with over 75 visual artists in all media, and a full schedule of performances and music. Exhibit hours: 2 to 6pm - Fridays thru Sundays.
Peter Fend is presented by MWF Video, artists and independents video for sale at http://www.brickhaus.com/amoore. MWF also presents Lightwheels electric bicycles in the “911” exhibit curated by Frank Shifreen. “No Cars No War.”"
