"Racketeering Activity within the Arizona

Attorney General’s Office and Prison System"

Employees of the Arizona Attorney General, Arizona Department Of Administration, and the Arizona Prison system violate the federal obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence statutes, 18 U.S.C. 1503 and 1512 through what I call the ADOC enterprise. They “fabricate documents so as to defeat cases brought by prisoners, destroy documents and withhold documents.” I have posted some of this information on my website http://www.corruptarizonacourts.com.In H.J.Inc v Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. 492 U.S. 229 (1989), the United States Supreme Court stated that when predicate acts are related, similar, when participants are the same, or when same methods are used, they can be used to support a RICO action.

Applying the “operation and management” test stated in Reeves v Ernst & Young, 507 U.S. 170 (1993), I have filed a federal racketeering action against those employees of the Arizona Attorney General involved as well as the entire law firm called Arizona Attorney General.

Michael J. Brodsky, an Assistant Arizona Attorney General, decided he wishes to remove the action to federal court. To do so he lied to the federal court. In particular, Kelley J. Morrissey, R. Elizabeth Teply, James Morrow, Michael J. O’Toole, Susanna Pineda who work with him, received copies of the lawsuit.

What is with those who work with the State Of Arizona that the first thing they decide to do is lie to the courts? Why is it that the Arizona Prison System and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office have decided to “manufacture evidence, destroy evidence, and withhold evidence.”

If you have any information that you believe may assist me, please send them to me. Visit section Z of my website and look at the complaint as well as the RICO Case Statement in the matter.
