FREEDOM SUMMER 2003: FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT

July 1 - August 15, 2003

Your presence is needed in Palestine!

The International Solidarity Movement is urgently calling for international
volunteers to come to the Occupied West Bank and Gaza to stand with
Palestinians against attacks on their very existence.

An international presence CAN make a difference. This Summer, hundreds,
perhaps thousands, of concerned citizens from around the world will travel
to Palestine to participate in nonviolent direct action in support of
Palestinian human rights. Join us!

MORE INFORMATION:

We request volunteers come for a minimum of 10 days.

For those that can not afford to go, scholarships are available from groups
in Canada, California, Seattle, and New York, among others. Write to:
freedomsummergrantny@yahoo.com.

Training dates for Freedom Summer will be at least once a week from July 1
to August 15. Trainings are currently scheduled to be held in Bethlehem.
Some US and Canada groups may also be sponsoring trainings in North America.
